Guest 318vert Posted May 18, 2011 Report Posted May 18, 2011 Ive downloaded the multitouch visable from the market and when open it and put my finger on screen and move it to about an inch from the top and and inch from the left ( top left corner abotu an inch in both ways) it seems as if the touch screen as a dead spot. If my vega is on charge and i do this it seems even worse, the dead spot seems to be worse as if theres more and it flashes and i can remove my finger and it will still think its there for awhile then disapear. When charging the area is about 2 inches from the left to about 3-4 inches down in a rectangle. When off charge its the same but seems to be worse when on charge. I got my Vega a couple of months ago and it has flash pre installed so would have thought it was the newest version. Anyone else get this or can try this??

Hi cant tell when charging as im at work but mine registers both fingers all areas no blank spots :P the problem you have is the one the initial launch users were complaining of so maybe you have a recon unit or an old stock that slipped through, either way i would take it back for an exchange
