Bootloader-Flash Nexus to Desire

Hello,

After many weeks I've finally found a web site with a tutorial about Bootloading and flash the Google Nexus one.

But...

I don't really understand all that tutorial I'm a Beginner on Android But I was able the Unlock and Jailbreak a IPhone that was easy but not my google nexus one is bugging and my father's friend working in Videotron did that bootloading and his cellphone work perfectly but mine always bugg :S

I want to do that without broking my phone if anyone can help me
