(SOLVED - thx renzs 4 solution and the rest 4 help)

I am noob on flashing, I succesfully upgrade my Acer Liquid E to version 4.008.08.EMEA.VFIT. UNFORTUNATELY for me that was not enough and try to upgrade to 4.006.03.EMEA.C2F_A22F_LiquidE Ferrari. That leads to a message "warning this system is not licenced for your phone unable to start"

Since it can not connected I cannot use the version 4.008.08.EMEA.VFIT. which was working perfectly :-(

Is there a way to get the phone back?

I already try to hard reset (power + Volume)

Is there a way to boot-flash from SD card? I try something but lead me to a boot loop where I see ferrari icon and acer icon all the time.

That is weird. Do not think that I have seen that before.

Replace and remove battery

Hold down Power+Volume Down+Camera. Should vibrate 2-4 times.

Release after vibrations and then hold down Power+Camera.

Should boot into Recovery (you will see a little Android robot with a caution type sign down the middle).

Once you get there, then plug it into the computer, launch the Acer Download Tool and flash a different bin.

1000 Thx but this solution was leading to a colourfull bar looping with ferrari sign (cool effect but did not help) :P

With phone off, press volume down+camera and connect usb cable, phone should vibrate once and A1 download tool should be able to recognize your phone to reflash the 4.008. But the phone screen will remain off until self reboot.

This WAS the trick... I am now a happy owner of a working phone!!!! The trick is to be fast though and u should NOT leave the buttons until the A1 download tool actually is connected and start is clicked! Help was needed from a friend to achieve this <_<
