Guest keef319 Posted May 19, 2011 Report Posted May 19, 2011 I don't know if anyone else has this problem or just me. Since the 2nd FOTA update, when I go into Settings - System Update, there's a message that states there's an update available and to check the Notifications. There is nothing in the Notifications. Also, the button to press for manually checking for updates is greyed out. I was hoping a manual update of the same FW would fix it, but it didn't. Then today I hear there's a new update out for fixing the keyboard bugs. Nothing (so far) has appeared in the Notifications... Am I the only one?

After docking the keyboard I checked for updates a few times, it took a long time to tell me there were non available. Yesterday morning I checked and the dock upgrade arrived no problems.
Guest stuntdouble Posted May 20, 2011 Report Posted May 20, 2011 Sounds like you need to search your file system and delete the update folder, as maybe it didnt delete itself after a previous update and it's still on your device.
Guest keef319 Posted May 20, 2011 Report Posted May 20, 2011 ...and where might that be? Waiting for Level 2 tech support to call me back now
Guest keef319 Posted May 20, 2011 Report Posted May 20, 2011 Sounds like I'm the only one that had this issue. Factory reset fixed it, but now I have the laborious task of reinstalling everything...
