Hi everyone, I've just bought a Blade, and install the latest Swedish Spring ROM. However, I have an old 8GB Micro SD card that is in my old phone, which I want to use with my new phone. If I swap it across to my new phone, will it cause any problems with my SS install? Should I just backup everything on the Blade's card, and just swap it across, onto the old one? Will the card need formatting before use as well? Thanks : )

If there's nothing on the 8GB card that you want to keep then formatting it would be a good start. If there's stuff on the 2GB card that you want to keep then copy it onto the 8GB card.

Copying can be done in Windows (or whatever OS you use).

Does the SD card have to be formatted in FAT32?

I just copied the stuff from sd card from my OSF onto folder on hard drive, then moved the stuff from sd card from nokia 5800 onto hard drive, then moved the stuff from the OSF folder onto 5800 card and popped it in OSF. Didn't notice what the format type was though but wouldn't say you need to format it just clear it.

Cheers, mate (Oh, and on my Blade the format type is FAT, but on the 5800 it's FAT32.......)
