Anyone know the maximum spec for video playback for the Vega to be smooth?

I have tried an mkv HD video that looks excellent but it judders (low fps)

I have searched but found limited information.

1080p baseline H.264 in mp4 containers will play awesome.

mkv is complicated on android devices.

It's my understanding that if you convert it to MP4 or some format like that, you could play 1080p just fine.

I justice tested the same video converted to mp4 and it woudn't play.
