White Dell Streak stuck after master reset

so, i had the white streak sold, and i went through the android menu to wipe the device.

It wiped, restarted, and stayed stuck on the dell logo. I then tried to boot into clockwork mod but it wouldnt, then tried to do the factory reset from the boot menu. it still stayed stuck at the dj steve screen

i used QDL tool to try to reload the software to no avail. im stuck and stumped. what should i do

Copy the stock ROM file on your SD Card and rename it to Update.PKG. Use MultiRecoveryFlasher. Flash the recovery of the same version as the stock ROM. Then boot in recovery (Power + Vol Up + Vol Dn) and select 1st option (Update from Update.PKG SD Card). Once the recovery & ROM versions are same it will update fine and will not get stuck.
