unable to find mount SD option in clockwork mod

Hi I'm trying to change my SD card to a larger one, I've backed up my original SD card contents on my pc, put my new larger SD card in my phone and booted into Clockworkmod recovery. When I go into the mounts and storage menu though I can't find an option to mount SD card the only options are as follows

mount /system

unmount /data

unmount /cache

unmount /sdcard

mount /sd-ext

format boot

format system

format data

format cache

format sd card

format sd-ext

mount USB storage

Any help appreciated

Thanks for the speedy reply. Clicking on Mount USB storage brings up the sd card fine on my pc, but when I try and copy the files over to it it fails. I've downloaded Partition wizard on my PC and tried a format of the card from that, but it just sits on operation pending. MY SD card is the 16GB Micro SDHC Memory Card / Class 4 from play.com that most people seem to recommend with the phone.
