Display broken - need to flash original rom

Hello,

Yesterday my screen desided to die. In the left side of the screen there's a vertical strip of 5 pixels visible, the rest of the screen is dead but fully responsible and the phone works fully.

The problem is that I have kallt kaffe's Swedish Spring installed and I need to revert to stock. Could someone please tell me what to press in order to flash the original rom? I don't have another android phone avaible.

Keypresses in order to perform the following needed: Wipe cache, wipe data/factory reset and apply sdcard:update.zip

I have a GEN1 blade, Finnish Saunalahti, Clockworkmod 2.5.1.8 installed
