HTC Desire HD/S or Galaxy S?

OK, as much as I love my San Francisco, I WANNA NEW PHONE. I'm on Orange and I can upgrade. Using the upgrade thing, I got to choose from a selection of phones. I found the HTC Desire HD for £99.99, HTC Desire S for £149.99 and the Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9000 for 99.99 - I'm torn between all of them. I've done some research and looked at the good and bad - still can't decide. Looks wise, I prefer the Desire S, but the pricing is holding me back. I also like the Galaxy S, design wise, but I'm debating whether it's too big for my hands. And the Desire HD, I like it for it's price and specs! But also, size matters... SCREW MY TINY HANDS. All have great specs, and are Android! :rolleyes: Otherwise I'd choose Samsung Omnia 7 for £49.99...

Another option is the LG Optimus Black for £99.99, but I prefer the others...

Free ones that I could (NOT :L Well.... maybe) consider are the LG Optimus One, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini (I REEEEALLY like the Pro, but it's not available for the upgrade deal) and the Motorola Flipout.

What my decision is now is probably:

1: HTC Desire S (£149.99)

2 : Samsung Galaxy S (£99.99)

3 : HTC Desire HD (£99.99)
