Hi guys ive recently updated to the firmware 1.10 from my advent vega..but im trying to install pauls rom r8 over it but after three failed attempts i would like to update to the version 1.09 then try it again im finding it alot slower ..ask me why i decided to change from from the cooked rom ive been using it for mths the r6 version though and on version v1.08 but i regret changing to the latest its alot slower ..please can anyo help many thanks mark....

Hi,

As far as I know you won't need to go back to 1.09 before installing r8 as r8 will replace everything anyway.

I GUARANTEE you it works from 1.10

Probs just something youve done wrong, what does the cmd window say when you run installwindows.? Also what windows are you running...
