Problem: sim card locking itself

Hi guys, I could use some help about a problem I've got since saturday.

I don't remember having read anything about yet... (anyway sorry if it's been asked before)

I'm on FR17, baseband is 0405

Saturday I've tried to slightly undervolt my O2X with Pimp my CPU (-50 for lower values), but the phone didn't seem to like it.

After a reboot, all I got was a black screen with notification bar, and a lot of my apps force closing.

Tried wiping caches, but nothing special happened.

I restored an old Fr12 back up, and as everything seemed to work fine I updated then to Fr17 again.

The phone was ok, but a couple of hours later I had to enter my pin code as the sim card was locked.

It happened once again yesterday too.. and another time some minutes ago..

Any idea ?
