Google Music app 3.0 issues on ZTE Blade running CM7

Hi guys, currently running nightlies post N70 onwards on a Gen1 ZTE Blade. Of late when I receive a call followed by another call straight away the caller can't get through as the call ends suddenly and the music app starts. Doesn't seem to do this with 2.3.4 music app only with 3.0. Any ideas why this could be and any way to resolve this please.
