hi guys really new to this site and new to the advent vega so in some ways a bit of a div can anyone help me out and get my vega unlocked just a bit stuck many thankks :P

Not sure what you mean by 'unlocked'. If you mean the 'swipe to unlock' is not working, try unplugging the charger. Some charger are known to mess this up with interference.

I think you mean that you want to put a new ROM, or different version of Android on your Vega with more features than it came with from the shop. Is that what you are looking for help with?
