with FR17-PFC Rom ...phone is booting in a loop ??

Hi what can i do when my phone is booting in a loop ??

i have installed the new rom "FR17-PFC_0_1" ?? and when i want to reboot, my phone is booting -> restarting -> booting ... and so on ??
