Battery not charging

Hi Guyz,

I am not a mobile Guy , joined the forum just today in desperation.

I have got a orange san francisco . But i lost the original battery . Thus I bought a Original Dell XCD35 Battery .

Its in stock rom .

Problem :

1> Whether charging with the charger or data cable its stuck at 1%

2> The phone is getting on when i plug in the data cable but as soon as i unplug it ....it shows battery low and gets shuts down immediately.

3> With the data cable connected everything is working fine . So whats the problem .

I checked with another dell xcd35 battery same issue . When i plugged my battery in a xcd35 it shows 60% battery life .

Guyz please help me out on this

Another user @solid_chips, I believe, has a similar issue. I'm pretty sure he got it returned.

I would normally say get it returned under warranty but I would assume thats not possible since you have lost your battery.

You may have to buy an official blade 1250mah battery second hand off ebay to get it returned.

But I hink returning wont be an option because I have lost my tax invoice . And this model is brought from UK and I live in India .
