want to install windows 6.1

i have omnia 2 mobile in which i am using win 6.5 , want to go for window 6.1 now .can anybody please tell step by step procedure of installing win 6.1.

and i am also having one more problem i.e i have installed andriod previously in this mobile it has created a partition of 512 mb in the name of my storage 2 in my internal memory which is of 8 gb capacity . i would like to know will that cause any problem while installation (while changing from 6.5 to 6.1)
