Help - My Blade calls random numbers !!!

Hello,

since about 3 hours when I try to dial a number in Frankfurt (Germany) I do not hear any ringing just weak noise and suddenly I get connected with somebody I did not intend to call. The other side is surprised and probably does not even hear me. So it really creates absolute confusion. I do not know whether it really is a random number or one of the numbers I have called in the last days (I am just moving to Frankfurt and therefor making many calls while searching for a flat) many numbers - most of them only once, so I am not able to find any pattern in this miss behavior.

Funnily - I have no problem calling cell phones, and as well I have no problems receiving calls.

I have recently installed 3 note pad apps, 2 of them already uninstalled. And apart from updating existing apps (rather few actually) I did not install anything new.

I am wondering whether this problem is related to some Virus or it has something to do with OS.

I am running Jellyfish RSL9 which I installed immediately after I bought the phone some 2 moths ago - never had a problem.

Any idea or advice would be appreciated.
