installing custom rom's apple mac osx help!!!

just followed the info on orangesanfrancisco website.

How To Install Custom ROMs / Android 2.2 from scratch

i have an apple mac and got all the way through great until i had to download the swedish spring rls5.

i downloaded to my desktop, then just dropped it into the storage device on my desktop, followed the instructions from there.

got up to :-

Highlight the zip file you copied to your phone and press the Home button, which i did but there were 2 options to choose, but not the below info....

Highlight Yes - Install ... and press the Home button.

please help
