I can't download anything over wifi. Browser works fine. even i can browse apps in market but cant donwload. I had this problem in 1.5.6. have I done something wrong? or changed any setting?

I'm currently on 1.6.9 with BB67.

Please help, I also installed trip-wifi patch over 1.6.9 as without patch i'm unable to connect.

over mobile data connection it works? i had something similar... when i try to download something from the www it dosnt start to download when i have no programm or app installed that can open this file.. have u installed the wifi fix from trip?

No you will have to backup all your apps. Use Titanium Backup, it's the bets!

yes it works over mobile data. i also applied the fix. i dont know what to do now. it is quite strange how this problem persists even after fresh install.

In the main screen press the home button once, have to apear all the screens that you have, in top right side of each have the delete button.

Yeah, i thought that but if i do that I just get moved to the sixth screen - the one to the most far right, if you like.

Thank you Trip, everything works perfect and the lockscreen is much more smoother.

But,

i can't change language. even if it seems changed, almost everything is still in English, i have no problem with English but you know.. just wanted the see in my own ;)

is it a bug or hasn't implemented yet?

Don't use custom kernel and everything will be fine.

no, thats not true. i have custom kernal on 1.6.1 BB49 and everything runs perfect. this combo works best for me, there is about 1 thing in each of the last 2 Roms i did not like. i read there is issues with custom kernal on 1.6.9 but it does work, have to flash Rom and kernal at same time without rebooting in between. worked for me. if. you get it wrong big troubles, fc etc

After flashing the march kernel and using again the wifi fix finally gets a fully functional rom.

Only problem is that the theme manager doesn't download anything...

I dont recommend that. I got a lot of signal/data issues with that baseband on Brasil.

I had better results with .49/March Kernel and .65
