If you are not on my pre-rooted S.E. rom then follow these installation instructions exactly.

- download TripNMiUI-IRIS_Gingerbread_TripNRaVeR-v1.2.zip

- go to xrecovery 0.3 and install it

- DO NOT REBOOT

- pull out battery and wait for few seconds, to be sure wait 30 sec at least

- putt battery back in

- flash ftf file with Flash Tool

  Does the camera work yet ?
  - The camera works with the Camera Illusion app, at VGA, WVGA and QVGA settings. Stock camera does NOT work, even though it appears to.
  
  What is broken with this ROM then ??
  - Apps2SD doesn't work - standard issue with a lot of GB ROM's
  - Stock Camera doesn't work - it will either force close or else reboot your phone.
  - Wifi is intermittently working for some, but not others, on versions 0.4.0 and up
  - There is a bug occasionally while playing with the MiUI Music Player that it will randomly reboot your phone.
  With Version 0.9.5
  - SMS pending and not sending - Switch to Baseband X10a 2.1.65 from above, and that should fix it.
  With Version 0.9.0
  - Unable to send / receive SMS messages - Switch to Baseband X10a 2.1.65 from above, and that should fix it.
  With Version 0.8.0 Ultimate
  - Force Close issue with using contacts / dialer if you synchronized your data with your Google account
  With Version 0.6.0 alpha
  - Home button does not work
  - Wifi does not work
  With Version 0.4.0
  - Force Close when trying to change themes - This is a MiUI Issue, and they are aware of it.
  With Version 0.3.5
  - If you use baseband 2.1.65, you will be unable to send SMS messages from TripNMiUI 0.3.5. If you are a heavy SMS'er, then you should use Baseband 2.1.67, until the next release when this is fixed.
  With Version 0.3.0
  - At the moment, it appears that some people are having issues with their WiFi on the new 0.3.0. Others are not.
  - Another reported issue is sporadic signal loss - both phone and wireless data (3G)
  Trip is aware of these issues, and is working on fixing them for future releases.
  
  The best method to install this ROM - at least, the way I do it.
  1. Perform a backup of anything that is important to you - either with TitaniumBackup, MiUI Backup, or XRecovery Backup. Personally, I do options 2 and 3 of this list.
     
  2. Install the baseband you wish to use (Trip recommends 2.1.67 for 0.3.5). If prompted, choose Wipe User Data.
     
  3. Reboot your phone and boot into XRecovery.
     
  4. Full Wipe.
     
  5. Partition Tools => Format /system
     
  6. Partition Tools => Format /data
     
  7. Partition Tools => Format cache
     
  8. Advanced Options => Wipe Delvik Cache
     
  9. Advanced Options => Wipe Battery Stats
     
  10. Now, if you feel the OCD need to, go and re-do the steps 4-9 again.
      
  11. Install Custom Zip => Browse and choose this ROM from your SDCard
      
  12. Reboot Phone
      
  13. Upon reboot, go to Dev Tools => Crash System Server. Will take between 5-30 seconds before your phone reboots
      
  14. Upon THAT reboot, you should have signal. If not, give it a few minutes. IF after five minutes you don't have it, crash the system server again.
      
  15. You may have to crash the system server repeatedly. Some people say upwards of 3-5 times
      
  16. From here, open up your Backup application (Whether it be MiUI Backup or Titanium Backup) and restore your stuff you wish to restore.
      
  17. You now should have a working phone running TripNRaVeR's TripNMiUI IRIS Gingerbread.
      
  When will the next version be released ?

  - The next version will be released when:

  [*]Trip is finished with it

  [*]He is confident that it is stable

  [*]He likes how it works

  [*]He bloody well feels like it.

  - Do remember, folks, that Trip is doing this on his own free time. He has a girlfriend he cares for deeply - after all, he named his ROM after her. He also has a job. He needs to eat, sleep, and make good on his girlfriend. So when he doesn't reply directly, or doesn't have a release every other second, please remember, he is a person, too. And he has a lot of priorities.

BB61 No Radio, Australia. Crashed server 4 times, nothing.!! ( Does anyone have the link to the BB54 fix?) Try that and see if it works. I don't like this BB61. Whole lotta trouble since changing

auto rotation is still a lil slow......not as bad as 1.2.0, but way slower than 1.0.8....... :D

baseband .61 is working great tho

running launcher pro plus with cube transition is fast and smooth as %&#$ tho!! and it isnt even settled yet :D
