vega will not fire up

hi ,

i ve had my vega for about 4 months and had loaded it with the r8 rom and then i had a bright idea this weekend to load it with cyanogenmod 7 found out that i didnt like it as much as the r8 so then reloaded with r8 ,now all my vega does when i turn it on is say booting then the advent logo comes on then goes off and leaves me with a blank black screen . please if anyone can help i would be very gratefull as i am lost with out it

Sounds like you need to reflash the advent stock rom go to myadventvega and follow the instructions there. You will soon be up and running then I suggest when you have a rom how you like it use zebraheads oneclickrestore which will recover you from where you are now back to your previous working rom. Good luck

AFAIK you did it wrong. You cant go back to R8 you need to put Vega factory ROM on first then R8.

IT WORKS YOU ARE A GENIUS and have saved my sanity ,how can i ever repay you . really a BIG thankyou i was absolutely stuck and now my vega works again
