You're damn right buddy, so @tryantar, if you want your phone to look like in the video, you just have to cut some wallpapers together and take a theme for your apps, have fun :D

Guest Holland6045 Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 My idea for lockscreen: Wheel interface! Deal is: • Move the padlock out of the wheel to unlock, • Rotate any icon 90° around the wheel (Phone, Messaging, Sound, Airplane mode) to activate it (phone = go to missed calls/phone book; messaging = read new messages; airplane mode = toggle on/off; sound = toggle sound/vibrate only/silent), • Double tap the locker to enable music widget (no graphics, I'm too lazy etc.), • Tap date to launch Calendar, • Tap time to launch Alarms, • There also could be battery percentage indicator, or something (again, too lazy) • Whole wheel would be modifiable, ie. replace airplane mode with 'data over cellular network' toggle That's it from me, hope you like it ;) This is a great idea, though i think it would be perfect if you could say change the actual functions of the quadrants in settings or something and instead of having one for airplane mode have one for your gmail or something. just my two cents.

Guest Realorasz Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 (edited) Trip, found something you might be able to get some ideas from. http://www.umnet.com/download-software/120...sic_player_v171 Go here and download this apk, then play some music with it. Just mess around and do anything with it on your phone, and see if it gives you any ideas. Edited June 9, 2011 by Realorasz

Guest jazzaddict Posted June 13, 2011 Report Posted June 13, 2011 (edited) Hey Trip, Perhaps you might want to port iida INFOBAR A01's launcher/UI . It's pretty sleek and works really well. The phone was reported to launch this July, when that happen, we could probably grab a system dump and see if we can customise or optimise it to your liking. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S6NMH4ry-4 Edited June 13, 2011 by jazzaddict
Guest erwindrums Posted June 13, 2011 Report Posted June 13, 2011 Hey Trip, perhaps you might want to use this UI from INFOBAR http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S6NMH4ry-4 that is already running on android. It works pretty well i think. The phone was reported to be launched this July WOW i like this one....
Guest TripNRaVeR Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 I'm going for a first try this weekend, start to mod the Froyo rom therefore Froyo will be the playground for this project.
Guest Abrar bHaI Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 i hope by 20th we will have gingerbread update release, so it would have been great idea to make a different rom for gingerbread.. it will be unique for gingerbread.. (just a thought)
Guest PlayGunsta Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 I got a idea for the notificiation pull-down bar, just like MIUI Gingerbread with some tools with a option to choose if you want those tools, in what order you want them and also what tools you want. Ofcourse with a original design, I will try and create a concept.
