I had the same problem once with the modaco rom, the launcher kept doing the same as you are describing and since there was no way to access anything on the device the only way to get around it was a full restore to stock. Painful but had to be done, hopefully you'll have everything backed up somewhere so you can restore it, I unfortunately didn't.....

This triggered when I installed a theme for the launcher, how did yours happen?

If it really is just the launcher FCing, it is perfectly possible to recover without a reflash.

I don't understand the "unlock button greyed out" comment. What do you mean?

I still can't visualise what you're seeing, I've never seen an "unlock button" on Android. Do you mean the lock screen? Where you slide the padlock to get to the desktop after power on?

If you are getting to your desktop, but the launcher is FCing, click the OK button. Without doing anything else, long press the back button. Do you get the settings menu? You might also still have USB Debugging turned on. Do you know how to use ADB?

I had a similar problem (fc’ing launcher) on the corvus rom turned out to be a sd card I hadn’t formatted from a previous rom

Solved by booting with a different (formatted) sd card

Probably not the problem here I just thought it was worth a mention

yes the launcher is fcing,i pressed the back and setting comes out but touch screen doesnt response, every corner of it does not response.......

my laptop can not recognize VEGA or APX or Nvdia just a unknown device, each time i wanna install a ADB usb driver or stock driver it said there is a existing driver better than yours and stopped installing, i ve also changed a XP desktop computer to install usb driver still failed,i should say im unfortunate enough.
