Restore stock nandroid backp

Hello, I have a problem, I can not restore my original rom nandroid backup = |

and i need sending the phone to the store, since this problem seems to be very general, and I've yet to see a way to solve, somebody could make a tutorial?

I already converted the system to ext3, and restore my backup but when I make the rebot , gets stop in the log and not advanced

OK then I will test this method, I already did a restore from a backup stock in my cell phone, and all it took to convert the file system and backup, but this cellphone this is not enough

My friend has to send the mobile phone to the store and we wanted put the original rom .
