Silent call bug in Swedish Spring 5

Hi,

I'm presently using Swedish Spring 5 with Frankish themes.

I'm facing weird issues during calls.

1. Sometimes during call, my phone goes mute. I can't hear the other person and vice-versa. Before going mute my phone makes a noise as if it's switching radio stations or something like that.

2. Sometime during call my phone reboots. Before reboot it make that weird noise as if it's switching radio stations or something like that.

I read somewhere that reboots happen because of data connection doing downloading/uploading/syncing during calls.

So I installed Sanity app which disable data connection during calls. But, it didn't help.

What could be the issue? Any solution?

I think you already know what you need to do: nandroid backup, switch to stock rom, test, then take back to retailer for replacement if problem persists. It just sounds like a hardware problem to me.
