Guest galorin Posted June 3, 2011 Report Posted June 3, 2011 Yeah, I was clumsy and dropped my phone. Now has a curved crack that goes from 1" up from the bottom left of the glass, to the middle of the bottom edge. Digitizer still works though, ZEAM has stopped recognizing swipe actions in that part of the screen, but scrolling in other apps works, swiping for unlocking works, scrolling, even multitouch isn't broken. I don't know how long it will stay that way, but I am calling myself stupid lucky. I would like to replace the screen but not sure how to go about that just yet...
Guest Mushroom_Lord Posted June 3, 2011 Report Posted June 3, 2011 Is it the "glass" of the screen that has broken or is it the actual screen (i.e, the pixels) underneath that have broken? I its the screen itself you'll need a replacement... If its just the glass there is a thread on how to replace the digitizer screen :D

Guest wbaw Posted June 3, 2011 Report Posted June 3, 2011 (edited) warranty lasts a year if that helps Orange told me 2 years, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't cover accidental damage. Edited June 3, 2011 by wbaw
Guest Mushroom_Lord Posted June 3, 2011 Report Posted June 3, 2011 Orange told me 2 years, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't cover accidental damage. When was this? its always been something along the lines of 12months hardware and 6months software or something, afaik.
