Screen broken, need to backup

Hello all,

Long story short, my screen has borken (completely black apart from a little bit of light at bottom) and I have claimed on insurance. They have agreed to repair / replace. I have done backup using Acer backup of Contacts piccies etc but would like to completely clear phone.

How can I do this if I cannot see the phone screen? Is there a little program out there that will show the screen on my PC? Or is there a way to do it from Acer suite.
