Guest netz Posted June 3, 2011 Report Posted June 3, 2011 Hi, I was just taking pictures with a couple of my friends who has iphone4s, we were in a restaurant so the lighting was dim. I tried using flash on, off, and auto, but the pictures turned out either too bright of too dark. The picture quality on my phone is obviously more clear But the pictures taken with the iPhones looked better becuase the lighting was softer. My question is, is there an update mod I can download so I can adjust the light brightness when on taking a picture? Or is there an app anyone would recommend? Thanks in advance.
Guest clivec Posted June 4, 2011 Report Posted June 4, 2011 There are camera apps on the market that you can try, although I don't know if they will help as I've not tried any, but, like yourself, I have noticed that when taking close up shots using the flash the light metering goes to pot and overexposes everything. Quite disappointing really.
