My phone self semi hard resseted?

Last night my optimus 2x died from battery in 6 hours no use. I put it on the charger and powered it on. I was taking ages to boot so I fall asleep.

This morning suprise I see the stok lockscreen instead of the widgetlocker. I unlock it and the desktops are empty. I try to run something and it crashes. Only 1-2 apps seem to work (like market).

Whats the deal here? I Didnt overclock or sql hack. Any Ideas if its fixable? Thats the second time this happens but the first time I thought it was the sql hack. I was on fr17.
