How to uppgrade to new Nordic ROM?

Hi.

I'm new to this, and have only tested some different ROM's from here for testing.

Some of them works fine, but would like to test a original Samsung upgrade for Nordic countries.

The problem there for me is that the file I download is a .MLI type file, and I don't know what to do with it....

I have read around, and it seems like I need to put the file in the phone storage, and activate some upgrade from the menu.

But I can't find the way to do it.

The software have version i900XBIJ1/XBIK1 and can be found here: Samsung software

Any tip how to do this would be nice.

And if I manage to uppgrade to this version, is it still possible to flash back to all others homebrew ROM's?
