Need help to download the custom ROM.

Hello guys, I've got my ZTE Blade for about 2 months with its Android 2.1 stock ROM. Now i'd like to try new custom ROMs, ie Swedish Spring RLS5 and CyanogenMod for Blade.

But unfortunately for my loaction, neither at home nor in the office, can i get the ROMs according to the links provided at the modaco. that is, cannot reach to the www.mediafire.com. should have been banned.

Anyone can give me another link of the roms, especially the Swedish Spring RLS5 and CyanogenMod for Blade?
