Need Help!! I need to uninstall CWM.. please..

I'm going to take my phone back to LG and it's rooted and got CWM. I need to uninstall CWM but the link of recovery image from this thread:

"4 Apr r1: Stock recovery image" seems to be broken.

Anyone can help? I just need to remove CWM. not the data or the apps.
