I was wondering how long your phone lasts and if you think the battery is good or bad?

As this is my first Android phone, i have nothing to compare to but my Nokia symbian phone which has a 1200mah battery and last forever on standby and light use. But of course i expect the LG phone to use more battery, but how much can i expect?

Right now, the phone has been 19hrs since unplugged and the battery meter says Cell Standby 49%, Phone Idle 47% and Display 3%. I've had 3G on the whole time and checked the internet a few time for a short time and downloaded and updated a couple of apps from the market using Wifi when i was at home. The battery is now at 69%.

Does this sound normal for light use?

It's seems fairly correct for batterie usage.

For a smartphone, average is 12h for very intensive usage, 2 days for very light usage.

Wow that sounds like excellent battery life. I guess it's the screen LG put on that thing. Only in my blackberry have I ever had battery life as good as that ;)
