Perhaps the Google translate is losing some of the detail but what I think he's saying is:

He tried to build 2.3.x from source but was having problems making it stable

During the build process he somehow "accidentally" merged the Cyanogen sources into his own

The Cyanogen sources made his build stable

He released it as his own work and solicited for donations

People spotted he had ripped off Cyanogen

He's decided to pull him ROM and attempted to assume the moral high ground.

I think it was good that he admitted things were wrong. It is a shame they don't start again trying to build a real AOSP ROM though.

It's CM7 with Phoenix Silver's kernel. Atleast they're giving credits this time. From the screenshots it seems to have theme cooked in UOT kitchen and app icons from the chinese 2.2.2.
