i have a question to Suxsem or thepasto, what version of the official rom you use, or advice to use. simple as that. thanks

4.008.08.EMEA.VFIT

@guys quadrant is a strange benchmark.. So please don't look at it it's only nice to see how an old device can get high values :)

Hi guys! three questions:

1. Do I need to setup space for the SWAP partition? (standard 32mb using malez, I used that)

2. Zipalign on boot is OFF on default (in Apps2SD). Do I need to enable that?

3. Dalvik Cache on Internal memory is set? Is that ok?

(n00b alert =D)

Use a2sdgui to set swap and/or zipalign

or from a shell session

"a2sd reswap" without quotes enable swap

"a2sd zipalign" enable zipalign on boot

swap and zipalign are not needed but could improve your performance.. but it's totally your rom utilization related :)

so how can i use app2sd on this rom?

I use the old one b4 which you can actually see there's a a2sd info in Titanium Backup

but now Titanium Backup didn't show this info, so I won't be able to use app2sd even though A2SDGUI shows Apps are on SD?

a lot of crashes with juicedefender enabled after the update to 1.3: screen blacks out, no signs of live, gotta remove the battery and plug it again to power on the device.

Now I've disabled JD and it's still up and running...

these options are only "addons" better way to see if for you will works fine to get some performace improvements is enable or disable them is test them.. (Make a nadroid first )

a2sd is working in this rom from first release  if we are talking about move apps to an ext partition (froyo app2sd is another way to move apps in fat) anyway to check it there's only a way no apps needed

adb shell a2sd check

Many apss have problems with gb you need to wait for authors updates

Can anyone tell me how to root? through malez recovery? 1, 1.1 or 2?

No need to root.. This rom has already su and superuser.apk

Thats what I thought, but when an app requests root, it says it's not rooted...

Well I always do full wipe and never restore through titanium  maybe google is the problem for me ;)

Gonna flash 1.3 in a sec, so I hope I will have root access

try wiping JD's data in Application Manager, JD will re-initialize and (on my Liquid) work perfectly afterwards.

LNP 1.8.4 OUT IN MARKET

You got it! The SoftKey Sensitivity setting works great!

My Softkeys now work when the phone is sitting on a table!

It was set to 20 by default, with 15 works flawlessly.

Will your work be on the official cyanogenmod for the liquid or do you intend to keep LiquidNext as a separate project?

(If there will ever be an official cyanogenmod for the liquid... :) )

Great job. This is smooth and user friendly.

I would like to see a Metal Camera with a fully functional camcorder for daily use purposes.

Thanks pal!
