Froyo 2.2 home screen widgets

After playing around with the fantastic Vegacomb, great work guys, and really enjoying the new home screen layouts but i have now dropped back to Froyo 2.2 as no flash was a killer but now i miss those widgets!

So i thought i would ask other members if they know of any browser, email and the like widgets that would work with the 2.2 version of android.

I did try the paid version of Launcher pro but the gmail app never worked and it did force close a lot as well.

I am running the Advent Vega rom 1.10 with market update from XDA Fourm.

Any help with a new launcher with widgets or stand alone widgets would be great.

Hi,

I'm currently using VTL.Launcher (though have used LauncherPro.) For homescreen widgets, I'm using Beautiful Widgets and Extended Controls.

Hope this is of some use ;)

Hi Jason Colorize widget gives scrollable widgets and is very nice to use, i use this on corvus5 and cm7. ;)

Thanks guys downloaded colorize and pure messenger widget and with these two working i have got the homescreen i was after.
