Can't play Gameloft games - "Sorry, this video cannot be played"

It's having a problem playing the intro movie and being a bit useless just exits straight away. I've tried deleting the file, and replacing it with a dummy, but neither approach works.

I'm using the latest Gen 2 FLB.

That's for Assassin's Creed. Spider-man just exits after the intro.
