Speakers + call quality

Hi guys i have some problems, and i was wondering if you have them also:

My speakers( stereo) are not working properly : only 1speaker works

my call quality is awefull, it's there is so much backgroundnoise on it, that i MUST put it on speaker, otherwise I only hear the noise

i called with LG and they told me that i get a new phone within 24 hours.

do you have this problems also?

Nothing is wrong with your phone. Only 1 speaker works at the bottom, it is designed that way like the iPhone

Regarding the call quality, you may need to update your baseband. I had that problem a while back w/ the March version of the Baseband. Got it fix by upgrading the phones baseband. hope that helps.

I second that advice.

Just to add for the benefit of the original poster, what looks like a second speaker at the bottom of the phone is the microphone, not a speaker.

Stereo sound you will get through the wired headset, or stereo capable bluetooth.
