Notification Drawer

Sometimes when i open the notification drawer it is almost impossible to close it. i have to do it with the back button, or try a few times. am i the only one experiencing this problem?

oh, and another question - i'm very pleased with the blade i just want to make sure - sometimes it doesn't work smooth. for example - in the facebook app if i try to go up and down fast, it lags a little. i guess it's due to the slow processor. i just want to make sure that it's not a problem on my specifix device or the rom i installed.

it will soon go away, thAt sort of bug thing. a used to have it and it eventually, ,twenty away without me doing anything. I recommend pressing harder
