I'm using GoLauncher with CM7 N88 although i'm sure the CM version isn't making a difference.

Basically everytime I reboot I lose the dock bar background.

I cleaned out my 16GB SD card out of files all media, videos, cache etc hoping that the issue was the phone was loading too much from the SD on boot but it hasn't made a difference it is bugging me now.

No I do not want a new launcher just a possible solution i'll re-install if i need too

I'm using go launcher with a dock background on swedish spring 5 and have not experienced this problem. Where is the background image file located, and what file format is it? I have mine as a png located in a folder on the sdcard.

exactly the same the image reference would SD\Images\Docks\Dock.png

It's a recent issue, not sure if it was due to a CM7 upgrade or a GoLauncher upgrade but I have noticed my phone Checks my SD Card for errors on every boot and I hadn't noticed that before, could I check the SD via computer would that make the option vanish?

I have a similar issue, the phone reads the sdcard fine (i.e. doesnt need to check for errors like you have mentioned) but the computer thinks it needs checking for errors every time I mount the phone. I let the computer fix errors, but still keeps asking to scan for errors, so I just ignore it now.

Well i'm currently running an error check on my computer, then im going too test it on my phone, if its still screwy then im going to format the card.

Wierd is im sure that GoLauncher makes its own folder too store its relevant files e.g wallpaper, dock, app icons
