bluetooth bose system not workin in many cars

. Is Bluetooth stack is this found in the rom or bb. Having problem with Bose system in my infinity and same prob in alot of other cars with Bose. Now I had a long talk with tech Guy from infinity and Bose, the both said it has to do with the Bluetooth stack, it was changed after android updated from 1.5 to 1.6. They said everything worked fine before that. I take it the module is not corresponding with the the BT stack. can anyone please help.

The phone pair and connects fine

When u answer a call the sound is broken up the only way to get it to work is by pressing "use handset and then pressing phone again. Second prob is the phonebook doesn't sync
