Android dictaphone software recording in .dss format...

Hiya

As it says in the title, does anyone know of any android software that will record voice and produce files in .dss format?

This is "digital speech standard" - the format used by lots of digital dictation machines (and dictation services)

I've found iRecord, which does this, but it seems pretty basic, without facility to fast forward or rewind

Can anyone suggest anything else?
