Weird Volume Problem

Hi

I've got two ZTE-Blade's/Orange San Francisco's. I have done a TPT install on both phones using CyanogenMod7 nightly build 05032011

One one of the phones the in call volume is really low t the point where you can hardly hear the other person talking. It's fine on the other phone. The handset volume is turned right up and I have downloaded some apps that control the handset volumes and htey confirm the volume is right up.

Has anyone got any tips on how I can fix this. Will re-applying the TPT make a difference? Or is it likely to be a hardware error? It is weird that it is only on one of the identical handsets. Any tips on what to try much appreciated.
