Plus Account

Hello, I've subscribed Modaco Plus service some days ago, but still can't get access to the "Plus Lounge" area... I've sent email to [email protected] and sent PM to Paul about the subject, but still got no answer... So, I would like to know if it is normal to wait some days before the account type changes...

Should have sent me a pm ;-)

Seriously though, sometimes certain payment methods can have problems during the payment process which is not within our control.

I will look into your account now to see if everything is ok.

EDIT all sorted any problems please let me know :-)
