A Little Clarification Before GEN2 Upgrade

Hi, I have a Gen1 San Francisco which is currently running Sebastian404's de-softened ROM - r0.3 ALPHA and ClockWorkMod v2.5.1.8

My plan is to upgrade to Gen2 using the pinned topic "Gen1 to Gen2 TPT Upgrade" and then test Swedish Spring and CyanogenMod 7 using ClockWorkMod & Nandroid to swap between them.

I've read all the instructions and guides etc but one thing I'm not sure about is whether I need to do anything to my current ClockWorkMod which is obviously an older version. Will this be overwritten with a newer version when I do the Gen2 TPT upgrade or will I need to update ClockWorkMod seperately.
