Problem in rooting dell xcd35

I tried to root my dell xcd35 with z4root.......bt it only roots it temporary......when i tried to root it permanently using z4root,,,,,,a problem occured.....it installed superuser successfully but superuser is not asking for any permission when i open any app that requires root.........same problem occured when i rooted my device using superoneclick......even after rebooting the device,,,, superuser is not asking for any permissions......

Plzzzzzzzzzz help me rooting my device permanently and successfully.......PLzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
