Guest okram1 Posted June 20, 2011 Report Posted June 20, 2011 Hi My vega is on its way from Currys with preinstalled flash for £199 which considering the prices of the other dual core tegras is amazing. At the moment I have a clone of the flytouch 3 which annoys me with it's resistive screen + poor battery but I really enjoyed rooting and installing all the different apps on it. Have I got it right from reading these forums that I should be putting Corvus 5 and then Vegacomb 1.6 my new vega ? Any links would be very gratefully appreciated. Cheers okram1

Guest Adam:) Posted June 20, 2011 Report Posted June 20, 2011 when i first got mine i put r8 on first, its a good one to start with, and is relatively easy to put on B) then i jumped to corvus5 and now im on vegacomb :) but ofc i reccomend trying out a load of roms before u find the one u like best

Corvus5 is excellent and in my novice opinion it is the best ROM. You can install the honeycomb theme to give you as taste of things to come! The vegacomb rom seems really buggy and inconsistent on install despite fantastic efforts from the guys. There are some really cool games and apps which make life so much easier (depending on what you want it for) as well as stretching the ability of the Vega!
