[Q]MIUI for U8800??

Well as title states !

Will we ever get a miui rom for the ideos X5, based on gingerbread?

Or is there any miui rom for ideos X5 based on froyo. My friend keeps nagging me about it. He doesn't want to buy the U8800 if there are no MIUI rom for the device.

I have no way to convince him to buy it, as we getting it cheaper here, currently at 155€ without any contract !

Only ever used Cyanogen or Stock ROMs so not sure what the chances are.

say to ur friend one thing! buy another phone with the specs and same price!! he will not find!!

Yeah I have told him that price wise he will never get equal quality !

But he still wants that eye-candy rom...
