[Question] Change icons from high

Hi, I'm learning about mod ROMS, I trying to mod the N107.. , it is the last.

I want try to change the icons from the highter menu... can someone explain me how do it? , please.

If you wanted to add them then simply flash the .zip from the thread.

Thanks por reply, I don't want make it, I want add some icons to a ROM, but without flash, just add in to the rom, for them install the ROM...

Erm, I think it's the framework-res file > /system/framework/

BTW do a nandroid first in case I'm wrong and backup the original of that file.
